# Reports

Generate professional PDF reports covering every aspect of your payment operations.

## Available Report Types

### Revenue

| Report                | Description                                                                                       |

| **Executive Summary** | Complete CEO-level overview — revenue, transactions, customers, subscriptions, declines, AR aging |
| **Revenue Summary**   | Gross & net revenue, refunds, tax collected, daily trends                                         |
| **Revenue by Source** | Breakdown by payment page, invoice, subscription, direct                                          |
| **Revenue by Method** | Card brand and payment method analysis                                                            |

### Transactions

## Generating a Report

1. Go to **Reports → Generate Report**
2. Select report type
3. Choose date range and merchant
4. Click **Generate**
5. View the report inline or download as PDF

## PDF Quality

Reports generate as professional PDF documents with:

* Corporate cover page with company branding
* Executive summary with key metrics
* Data tables with proper formatting

## Scheduled Reports

Set up automated report delivery:

* **Frequency** — Daily, weekly, or monthly
* **Recipients** — One or more email addresses
* **Report type** — Any of the 14 report types
* **Auto-generate** — Reports are created and emailed automatically
