# Products

<Note>Requires Starter tier or above</Note>

Manage a product catalog that integrates with payment pages and invoices. Products support both one-time and recurring/subscription pricing.

## Product Management

Each product has:

* **Name and description**
* **Price** — Fixed, variable, or recurring
* **SKU** — Optional stock-keeping unit
* **Category** — Physical, Digital, Service, or Subscription
* **Status** — Active, Draft, or Archived
* **Images** — Upload product images

### Subscription Products

Set **Pricing Type** to "Recurring" to configure subscription billing:

* **Billing frequency** — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly
* **Free trial** — Number of days before first charge
* **Billing cycles** — Number of charges before subscription ends (leave blank for infinite)
* **Setup fee** — One-time fee charged on first billing

## Using Products

### In Payment Pages

1. Open the payment page builder → Amount block
2. Click **"Select Product"** to browse your catalog
3. Select a product — the builder auto-fills title, description, amount, and type
4. For subscription products, frequency is automatically set

### In Invoices

1. Create or edit an invoice → Line Items section
2. Click **"From Product"** next to "Add Item"
3. Select a product — a pre-filled line item is added with the product name and price

### Quick Create

If you don't have any products yet, both the payment page builder and invoice form offer an **inline product creation form**:

1. Click "Select Product" or "From Product"
2. In the dialog, click **"Create Product"**
3. Fill in name, description, price, and type
4. Click **"Create & Select"** — the product is saved and immediately used

## Product Variants

Products support multiple variants (size, color, etc.) with:

* Independent pricing per variant
* Individual inventory tracking
* Sort ordering

## Discount Codes

Discount codes can be restricted to specific products to offer targeted promotions.
