# User Management

> Invite team members, assign roles, and manage access

# User Management

Manage your team from **Settings → Users**.

## Roles

| Role               | Access Level                                                                             |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **ISO Admin**      | Full access to all merchants, settings, and admin features. Can invite/remove users.     |
| **ISO User**       | Read-only access across all merchants. Cannot modify settings or manage users.           |
| **Merchant Admin** | Full access to assigned merchants only. Can manage transactions, invoices, and products. |
| **Merchant User**  | View and process transactions for assigned merchants. Cannot modify settings.            |

## Inviting Users

1. Go to **Settings → Users**
2. Click **Invite User**
3. Enter name, email, and select role
4. For Merchant Admin/User roles, assign specific merchants
5. The user receives an email with temporary login credentials

## Managing Users

Click the **⋮** menu on any user row to:

* **Edit Role** — Change role and merchant assignments
* **Remove** — Delete the user (with confirmation dialog)

### Restrictions

* You cannot remove yourself
* The organization owner (first ISO Admin) cannot be removed
* Only users with `users.manage` permission see the Users page

## User Limits by Tier

| Tier    | Max Users |
| ------- | --------- |
| Lite    | 1         |
| Starter | 3         |
| Growth  | 5         |
| Scale   | 10        |

Additional users can be added at \$15/user/month.
